- [ ] Any inbound DMs from vendors/designers/leads? (log them)
- [ ] New followers quality check? (unfollow spam)
- [ ] Ready for next week's post? (draft or finalize)

---

## 🚫 DON'T

- Post multiple times in one day
- Comment on posts >2 weeks old
- DM without 3 weeks of engagement first
- Use generic hashtags excessively
- Sell in posts or comments
- Argue with competitors
- Engage with obviously automated accounts

---

## ✅ DO

- Be specific in comments (reference details)
- Ask genuine peer-level questions
- Celebrate transparency
- Show you're watching (reference their work)
- Talk design first, sales second
- Comment 3x per week (not more)
- Reply to all comments on your posts

---

2. **Engagement rate:** Likes + comments per post (content signal)

## 💡 IF YOU'RE STUCK

**"What should I comment?"**
Read their post carefully. Ask what *they're* thinking, not what you'd sell. Reference a specific detail. Make it about design, not your business.

**"Is this too salesy?"**
If it includes a product, service, or call-to-action link = too salesy. Rewrite it as a genuine question or observation.

**"When should I DM?"**
After you've liked 3–5 posts + commented on 1–2. Wait 3 weeks. Then: warm, specific, 2-sentence message.

**"Should I post today?"**
Stick to 1–2 per week. If you posted in the last 3 days, wait. Algorithms reward consistency, not volume.
