## RULES BEFORE SENDING
1. Follow the person FIRST — engage (like 2–3 posts) for at least 2 weeks before InMail
2. Reference something SPECIFIC from their profile/posts (shows you read it)
3. Keep it short — 3–4 sentences max
4. Never say "wallpaper" — always say "wallcovering" (trade terminology)
5. Sign as **Steve** from Designer Wallcoverings

## ENGAGEMENT COMMENTS (Pre-InMail Warm-Up)
Use these comment formats for the 2-week warm-up period before InMail:
**Interior Designer post:**

- Column I = InMail_Opened (Y/N — visible in Sales Navigator)
- Column K = Replied (Y/N)
- Column M = Reply_Summary (one-line)
- Column N = Call_Scheduled (Y/N)
**Target open rate:** 15–20% (cold InMail industry avg is 8–10%; warm-after-engagement is 15–25%)
**Target reply rate:** 5–10%
