Rooms rendered on PROD (PNGs only on prod, 0 on Mac2) set room_mockups in prod's designs.json but NEVER in Mac2 PG. bleed_guard.js (Mac2 cron, every 5min) culls→runs refresh_designs_snapshot.py which rebuilds designs.json from Mac2 PG (1315 rooms) → that snapshot reaches prod via deploy → reverts prod 99%→31% every cycle.
