gitignore data/crontab.backup-* snapshots + flush new bleed-guard entries

Why: today's pre-disable crontab snapshot (data/crontab.backup-2026-05-26-pre-disable)
was cluttering `git status`. Same pattern as data/edges-scan-*.tsv — one-off
snapshots are regeneratable and shouldn't be tracked. Also folds in 12 new
do-not-want.jsonl entries the cron'd bleed_guard appended during today's run
before commit a5384f56 added the pil-* exemption.
