snapshot refresh: allowlist gemini-2.5-flash-image generator (fliepaper remakes)

The fresh fliepaper-bugs Gemini remakes use generator='gemini-2.5-flash-image'
(no -edit suffix), which the snapshot WHERE-clause allowlist didn't include —
same class of gap as the earlier -edit fix. Without it, Steve's approved
publish set (1 PASS + 10 cabinet/specimen pieces) never lands in designs.json.
