+- **Running state at retirement:** not running (pm2 + lsof clean; no launchd/cron/code caller).
+- **Reason:** Dormant viewer (last touched 2026-06-09). Port 9788 now held by jevrun-runner; no pm2 entry, so keep-alive cannot resurrect it.
+- **Scope:** banner only — no code deleted, no `.env` touched, nothing `rm`'d.
