stores: deploy 8 animated Rodeo Drive cards + store-films.json (store slots go live)

- data/store-films.json: 8 reviewed flagship cards (type:store), no logos/no
  b-roll → compliance-clean by construction.
- store card mp4s rsynced to prod (publicly fetchable for Graph API).
- 18:00 slot (store) will now post a store card instead of falling back.
