(TK-11431 false-green class), all verified in live code:
1. WRONG LOCATION: also publish the heartbeat to
   ~/.claude/skills/bhv-ig-token-watchdog/data/latest.json, which fleet-health-rollup
   actually globs (it never read social/poster/data/latest.json).
2. UNRECOGNIZED VOCABULARY: replace state='ALERT' (which the rollup's GOOD/WARNY/BADY
   regexes all reject -> false green) with a top-level verdict AND status in PASS/WARN/FAIL.
   token DEAD or live POST failures -> FAIL; expiring/missed-slot/UNMEASURED -> WARN
   (an unmeasured input is never PASS); healthy+current -> PASS.
3. UNVERIFIED ALERT DELIVERY: post through _shared/cncp_post.sh (asserts 2xx, writes a
   delivery receipt on the bridge row) instead of a hand-rolled curl -s that exits 0 on 4xx/5xx.
Adds a testability seam (env-injected fault, never set by the plist). No launchd change —
the existing com.steve.bhv-token-health job runs this script.

rankByLRU counted any non-dry-run ledger entry as 'recently posted', but a
FAILED live post also writes a non-dry-run entry (error, no mediaId). A
transient Graph API failure therefore benched that film to the back of the
LRU queue for a full pool cycle (weeks) instead of retrying it next slot.
Gate on mediaId (only a PUBLISHED post) so errored films stay front-of-queue.

restaurant pick is now Funke (was wrongly Mr. Chow).

Per vp-compliance-policy review (GO-WITH-CONDITIONS) — 'text anti-prompts
aren't enforceable on a generative model, must visually check output frames':
- Guardrail A: hard negative visual constraints in every store HeyGen prompt
  (no logos/monograms/trademark patterns/branded storefront/products/faces).
- Guardrail B (blocker): per-frame review HOLD gate — store films extract 1fps
  frames to filmgen/review/<slug>/ and are HELD (reviewState:pending), never
  reframed/integrated/posted, until approve-store-film.mjs clears them.
- Guardrail C: trademark/no-affiliation disclaimer in every store caption +
  store-appropriate body copy & hashtags (caption.mjs branches on type).
- Pilot narration softened to avoid naming protected product designs; pilot set
  swapped to 8 fashion-first houses (jewelers/watchmakers deferred).
No spend — nothing generated. Restaurant pipeline unchanged (guards are store-only).
