- serve.js mergedRanked: overlays data/broker-phone-overlay.json (normName->phone) onto any ranked row lacking a phone; overlay file in cache key so it hot-refreshes as the all-day backfill appends.
- seed-broker-overlay.js: batches all ranked brokers through /api/broker-contacts (usre) -> 369 phones seeded (731 rows covered).
- next: all-day parallel browser backfill fills the ~1650 usre-miss names.
