rentv videos: rename RENTV1/2/3 back to portal-expected heygen-* names (deploy-safe)

The 3 existing films were byte-identical renames (RENTV1=reputation, RENTV2=brandfilm,
RENTV3=competitors) but the portal + prod reference heygen-<key>.mp4. Renaming back so
a full rsync deploy can't blank the tiles. 3 missing (advertising/timing/social) next.
