- C-1 guard null price (was a latent build-crash on the next data refresh)
- C-2 escape deal + map-popup fields (real CRE addresses carry & ' < > -> broken HTML/XSS)
- W-8 project map points to only rendered fields (stop leaking internal fields into client HTML)
- W-4 .catch() video autoplay promise (kills console errors)
- design: hero eyebrow + KPI-label contrast, chart label legibility on black, Present-button font
refresh-deals.mjs:
- dedupe CRCP near-dupes, title-case ALL-CAPS addresses, drop null-price + implausible
  single-unit mega-price outlier, bound map to LA metro
Verified: build ok, daynight readability pin still wins the cascade (headless), escaping works,
fresh deals render, no visual regression.

- scripts/refresh-deals.mjs: rebuild deals-sample.json from CRCP ranked.json+map-points.json
  (60 top-scored geo deals re-scored by deal-score.js, from 3,105 corpus; demographics preserved)
- build.mjs: pin --bg/--ink/etc !important so the rentv-app daynight.js day-mode can't wash out
  SWOT/gold accents (TK-10299 fix was only in the deployed copy; regenerating dropped it)
- scripts/render-check.mjs: headless proof pins beat daynight inline vars (bg stays #000)
- rebuilt portal.html 125K->142K + 6 concepts

43613a1 · 2026-07-23 · portal: fix rentv.com link-out at the SOURCE (build.mjs template), not just the built output 
The prior fix edited the generated portal.html, which build.mjs regenerates on
each deploy — reverting it on prod. Patched build.mjs:457 template so every
build drops the outbound rentv.com link (plain text); regenerated portal + concepts.

verbatim scripts from data/audit-video/narration.json. Completes all 6 portal tiles;
all six heygen-*.mp4 now serve 200 live.

The 3 existing films were byte-identical renames (RENTV1=reputation, RENTV2=brandfilm,
RENTV3=competitors) but the portal + prod reference heygen-<key>.mp4. Renaming back so
a full rsync deploy can't blank the tiles. 3 missing (advertising/timing/social) next.

Steve: rentv.agentabrams.com should land on the real portal, not forward through
a click-through sign-in card. GET / now serves portal.html directly (domain is
already behind one nginx basic-auth); the credentials/welcome card moves to
/welcome. /portal kept for back-compat.
