Generalizes new-arrivals-banner into category-banner.liquid; stages 6 new
stacked banners (Brands/Collections/Styles/Commercial/Color/Material) after
New Arrivals, each over a real DW catalog product photo, linking to the live
nav targets. Live theme push gated to Steve.
