- Repo's old target theme 144396058675 is unpublished; live main 145556635699 is canonical.
- Working tree had been silently rolled back to pre-TK-11186 (~09-03, likely an accidental theme pull).
- Pulled the canonical live showroom snippets (product-list-item.liquid TK-11186+TK-11307 render-time skip,
  hide-browse-hidden.liquid data-driven + hide-asset include) and assets/dw-showroom-hide.js as a ONE-TIME
  final snapshot so the repo's last recorded state matches live and can't be misread as pre-TK-11186.
- Added RETIRED.md + .deploy.conf (NO_DEPLOY=1, advisory) declaring the repo non-deployable.
- Live Phillip Jeffries showroom enforcement was never affected (TK-11732). Not a live mirror; do not re-sync.
